Wright and Partners' Agricultural Instruction

Moy Park, one of the UK’s largest food production companies, has instructed Wright and Partners to identify and acquire chicken raising facilities in two locations, one within a 50 mile radius of Ashbourne in Derbyshire and the other within a 50 mile radius of Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Each of the facilities, known as “broiler units”, will total between 120,000 sq ft and 240,000 sq ft, made up of a number of units of 20,000 sq ft each, on sites of between 6 and 12 acres. They will be built to Moy Park’s very bespoke requirements and then leased back to them. It is likely that Wright and Partners will acquire 2 or 3 of these facilities in each of the areas of search.
