Development
We are highly skilled in identifying and evaluating development opportunities and
advise clients throughout the development process, carrying out sophisticated appraisals
and cashflows using the latest software and technology. Our expertise in assessing
the optimum use or uses for a site is key to a successful scheme and maximises value.
Our market knowledge enables us to find suitable tenants for a completed development
and to arrange either forward funding or a sale following completion. The sectors
principally covered are in town and out of town Retail, supermarkets and central
London Offices and we have also advised on several industrial developments.
Investment & Management
Over the years, Wright & Partners has acted in the acquisition and sale of individual
investment properties throughout the UK as well as advising on the forward funding
of a number of significant developments.
We have particular expertise in the Retail sector and Central London Offices. We
have advised on the acquisition, sale and funding of countless shopping centres,
high street shop property and retail parks. In respect of central London Offices,
again, advice is given on the acquisition, sale and funding of a range of offices
from large modern office blocks to smaller period offices.
In dealing with both investment and development opportunities we undertake thorough
research, identify the angles and add as much value as we can at every stage of
the transaction. Thereafter, effective property management maintains the investment
value of the asset.
Regeneration
This Department concentrates on the promotion of urban regeneration. In particular
it uses its expertise and intimate knowledge of Local Authority policies and objectives
to identify and promote opportunities for public / private sector co-operation.
