The firm has an active agency department dealing with the acquisition and letting
of offices in the West End, Victoria and Holborn in respect of new Grade A air conditioned
space as well as period office buildings. The department maintains a comprehensive
database of available property and is able to respond to a client’s particular requirements
with a comprehensive report within hours. Market awareness is the key to providing
thorough advice to clients and this has been built up over a number of years of

Educational and other D1 Property
This expertise has evolved over several years following a number of acquisitions
and disposals for occupiers of educational and religious property. Our involvement
in this particularly specialist area has ranged from acquiring training space for
major conference company clients, as well as acquiring school property for long
standing educational clients and the disposal of Church and other D1 property principally
within the London area.
