Lease Renewal
As well as market awareness, a working knowledge and extensive experience of the
commercial provisions of the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act are also vital in approaching
negotiations with either a landlord or tenant. Our professionals have many years
experience of providing Expert evidence in Court and other proceedings.
The timing of the serving of either the Section 25 or Section 26 notice is paramount
in dealing with these proceedings and enables a well advised party to achieve the
