Shortly after being appointed by overseas investors to act as managing agents for this commercial/residential property in Mayfair the commercial tenants operated break options.  Due to the prospect of the loss of income the owner instructed Wright & Partners to sell the property on a very discreet and confidential basis.   

The prospect of obtaining vacant possession of the building created a potential development opportunity and as a result of Wright & Partners specialist knowledge we were able to identify a buyer who completed the purchase within a short period of time at a record price for the area.
