Acting on behalf of
Mission Group plc, Wright & Partners have agreed the terms of a new 12 year
lease in respect of Grade A offices comprising 11,544 sq ft on the 4th and 5th
floors. The terms include a headline rent of £90 psf with a total rent free
period of 30 months over the lease term.
The acquisition by
Mission Group consolidates their London presence which was formerly in offices
in Goswell Road EC1, Percy Street W1 and Richmond Upon Thames. Wright &
Partners advised the company on the lease determinations.
