Acting on behalf of the Architectural Heritage Fund,
Wright & Partners are pleased to announce the lease assignment of the 6th
floor of 15 Whitehall SW1 to the ResPublica Trust. The air conditioned office
floor is 1,340 sq ft. The AHF have relocated to Spitalfields to continue their
charitable work. The AHF works to rescue buildings which may have
fallen onto hard times to become assets for their communities by people wanting
to make a difference.
The new tenants, ResPublica, are an independent
non-partisan think tank based in Westminster and 15 Whitehall will be an
excellent location for them due to the proximity to parliament.
