Acting on behalf of a private investor, Wright &
Partners have arranged the re-letting of the former Staples unit in Chatham to
B&M Retail Ltd. The property comprises a stand-alone retail warehouse unit
of 18,547 sq ft, situated close to the town centre.
B&M Retail have agreed a 10 year lease at a rent of £230,000
per annum.
