Acting on behalf of Service Point Digital Print Centre,
Wright & Partners have agreed the assignation of the leasehold interest in
respect of shop premises at 52 Frederick Street, arranged over ground and basement floors, to Toni
& Guy.
The lease is for a term expiring in September 2018 at a
passing rent of £48,000 per annum.
The premises are situated on the corner with Hill
Street close to the junction with George Street. Nearby occupiers include The Aga Shop, Brora,
Berketex Bridal Wear and Cafe Rouge
