Linden Homes South East have started work on their site in Blackfriars Road, London SE1, having recently secured planning consent for a residential tower which will also provide retail and restaurant units at ground floor.
This is one of several projects where Wright & Partners are advising Linden Homes on the letting and onward sale of the commercial elements of their various mixed use developments. Other projects, where Wright and Partners are involved, include sites in Goldhawk Road, Chiswick, King Street, Hammersmith and King George’s Park, Earlsfield.
