Acting on behalf of Service Point Digital Print Centre,
Wright & Partners have agreed the sale of the leasehold interest in respect
of shop premises at 28 North Audley Street, arranged over ground and basement floors, to Toni & Guy
for a substantial premium.
The lease is for a term of 10 years from April 2013 at a
passing rent of £72,500 per annum.
The premises are situated on the Grosvenor Estate and nearby
occupiers include Starbucks, Prezzo, Halifax and Banca Ristorante Italia
