The recent sale of the retail investment of The Village
Square, Upper Rissington, on behalf of Linden Homes Thames Valley represents
the latest successful transaction of many carried out by Wright & Partners
whilst advising their clients on the commercial elements of their mixed use
schemes.
The Village Square comprises six retail units let to Mid
Counties CoOp, Badhams Pharmacy, Barndados, Croft Riverside Cafe and Runnerbean
Gym. The resultant investment was also bought by Badhams.
This follows closely on from successful transactions on two
projects by Linden Homes South East.n Blackfriars Road, SE1 at the 110
apartments scheme called The Residence, Wright & Partners advised on the
sale of the three ground floor commercial units. In The Pavilions, Hartfield
Road, Wimbledon, as part of Linden’s 53 unit apartment development, contracts
have recently been exchanged for the sale of the ground and basement commercial
space to a serviced office provider.
