Wright & Partners’ clients Tahola
Limited, specialists in providing data management and business intelligence
solutions, have moved into new offices at IMEX, Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead.
Wright & Partners were instructed to
find alternative accommodation for the client, as their existing lease was
coming to an end. After a comprehensive
search, a third floor suite in IMEX, a serviced office complex located in the
heart of the Maylands Avenue commercial area of Hemel, was identified as being
the most suitable.
The terms of an Agreement for Lease and
Lease were negotiated and Tahola moved in to their new offices in September.
