Wright & Partners are pleased to confirm that they have secured two more car parking
sites for their client, Rainbow Parking and Valeting. One is a site of
approximately 1.2 acres located in a prominent situation, on the A30,
immediately opposite Hatton Cross Tube Station at Heathrow. Rainbow have laid
it out with a total of 180 spaces.
The
other is a former warehouse building in Grays Inn Road, just to the south of St Pancras International Station. The building can accommodate up to
100 vehicles.
Both
sites are up and running and trading successfully and our client continues to
look for similar opportunities where demand for car parking is generated by commuters,
shoppers and office workers.
