Formerly the headquarters of Channel 4 this property was offered at the top of the market as a redevelopment opportunity. Acting on behalf of a Scottish based property Company Wright & Partners acquired the freehold in a competitive tender.
A planning permission was obtained to extend the building and increase the office space and we advised on the subsequent refurbishment to a Grade A specification.
Following completion Wright & Partners were appointed joint letting agents for the 39,000 sq ft air conditioned office building, and after an extensive marketing campaign we secured lettings to the British Olympic Authority, Lionsgate Films and a number of media companies. The building is now fully let.
